PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS PROCESSES
Irrespective of the number of its pages or words, whether it is an agreement or a user's manual, each translation inquiry is a project for us.
Rapid and effective procurement of a project requires a robust project management skill consisting of numerous major components such as proper planning and sourcing, labor-intensive practice and value added service.
The project management process we have adopted embodies 6 basic procedure steps based on our distinctive service principle.
1) Client Demand
This procedure step whereby the materials requested to be translated by the client are received stands as the "Initial Contact" for us.
2) Preliminary Review
This procedure step, whereby the received materials are subjected to the preliminary review, enables us to determine the "Special Requirements" for the project.
3)Translation
"Smooth Production" is the core principle for us with respect to this procedure step whereby the project started in line with the special requirements determined accordingly is produced in accordance with the ISO 17100 (EN15038) and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
4) Quality Control
This procedure step, whereby the project is subjected to the quality control processes once again in accordance with the ISO 17100 (EN15038) and ISO 9001 quality management standards, constitutes a specific "Quality Assurance" application.
5) Page Layout
We call this procedure step, whereby the project for which the quality control and assurance processes have been completed is subjected to the page design and graphics application, as "Graphic Design".
6) Delivery to Client
We offer Outstanding Service Quality in consequence of accomplishment of this procedure step whereby the project, which has been completed in accordance with the ISO 17100 (EN15038) and ISO 9001 quality management standards, is delivered to the client.
